Confirmed case of EHV-1 in northern VA
ALERT: confirmed case of EHV-1 in northern VA. Be cautious in travel and quarantine all new horses for at least 1 week. Remember there is no vaccine currently available to protect against the neurologic strain. Those with pregnant mares in your farm be especially cautious with traveling horses.
